Rick L. Scheper. The patriarch of the family, Rick has been a licensed contractor in New Bern, North Carolina for over 30 years. Born and raised in New Bern, he understands the needs of his Craven County clients, both those already living here and those moving in. Rick holds an unlimited contractor’s license and a passion for realizing his customer’s dreams. He was a master builder in Taberna and continues to build in that area. He is also a Master Builder in the Carolina Colours residential community.
Courtney Scheper Rhodes. Rick’s daughter, Courtney, co-owns and manages with her father, Courtney’s Custom Homes. Courtney shares Rick’s passion for building and for delivering a quality home to every client.
Frank Scheper. Rick’s brother, Frank, is Scheper & Associates project manager – the associate who works with each client throughout the entire building process. From the beginning of construction to the punch list work after completion, Frank is there to guide clients through every step.
Sharon Scheper. Rick’s wife, Sharon, is a professional interior decorator. She has exceptional interior design sense and assists clients with their choices of flooring, lighting, appointments, appliances, plumbing fixtures, paint and wall coverings. In short, Sharon helps clients to realize their visions. Available by appointment.
